These terms govern your use of the website at oduse.site, operated by 鄂尔多斯市千程跨境电子商务有限公司 (Ordos Odyssey Cross Border E-commerce Co., Ltd.) — “we”. They are written in English only. Where a translation is provided elsewhere for convenience, this English text governs. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. What this website is

This is the marketing and information website for ODUSE Ads. It is not the platform itself, and browsing it does not give you access to any advertising account. Use of the platform is governed by a separate service agreement entered into when an account is created.

The product interface shown on this site uses illustrative figures, campaign names and identifiers. It is not real advertiser data and must not be relied on as a performance claim.

2. Permitted use

You may read, link to, and quote this site with attribution. You may not use it to break the law, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or anyone else's, to scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, to misrepresent your relationship with us, or to copy it wholesale and present it as your own.

3. Intellectual property

The content, design, code and graphics on this site belong to us unless otherwise noted. The ODUSE DAILY mark is a registered U.S. trademark of the company (Reg. No. 7,192,719). “ODUSE Ads” is a product name and is not presented as a registered mark.

4. Third-party platforms and trademarks

Walmart and Walmart Connect are trademarks of Walmart Inc. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any of these companies. References to them describe interoperability we are building toward or marketplaces on which the company itself operates.

We are not an approved Walmart Connect Partner. API access to Walmart advertising accounts is granted through the Walmart Connect Partner Network, and additionally requires explicit authorization from the advertiser who owns the account.

5. Availability

We provide this website on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not offer a service level agreement or uptime commitment for it.

6. No warranties

The information on this site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Descriptions of future capability describe our current intent, not a guarantee that a feature will be released.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of your use of or inability to use this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes relating to them are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the company's registered domicile. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
